This allows the ability to configure zones both to enter wardrobes and to toggle cosmetics visability in a set area. Adds 3 new flags:

  • cosmetic-enable (true/false)
  • emotes-enable (true/false)
  • cosmetic-wardrobe (Wardrobe ID)
